The Rough Guide to East Coast Australia
(1st ed, 2008)
Fab book
We've been able to plan our road trip up East Coast Australia with it. Lots of detail. A good buy. Five stars.
Reader review from BJ Woodhouse, UK, www.amazon.co.uk
Oz East Coast Rough Guide rocks!
This is one of the finest guidebooks I have used. The authors write concisely, with some humor as well. Content is comprehensive - they have really put some mileage on their shoes. Five stars.

The Rough Guide to the Gambia (2nd ed, 2006; 1st ed, 2003)
Book of the week
Clearly knows its djembe from its dun-dun, and takes in just about everything a visitor might want. The big news in Gambian tourism, as this book makes clear, is the growing range of options... and there is a new breed of visitor, too, looking for something beyond the beach. They are likely to be found with this book in hand.
Anthony Sattin, The Sunday Times, UK
Quite simply, this changed the way I holidayed in The Gambia
I have been on previous occasions and followed my rep's advice or locals' suggestions... but this brought me the freedom to explore so much more. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend that you buy this book, whether you are going for a week's winter sun, a month cycling or doing community work for many months. A wonderful guide to a fantastic country! Five stars.
Reader review from K Briggs, London, www.amazon.co.uk

Super!
We've been travelling around all over the world on Rough Guides but we've never had one more complete and accurate than this one! It's absolutely superb! Five stars.

Rough Guide DIRECTIONS Lanzarote and Fuerteventura (1st ed, 2006)
Cool Canaries
Modern architecture buffs will find plenty to whet their appetite. "Anyone who still pretends that Lanzarote is about as interesting as a multistorey car park either hasn't been to the island recently, or hasn't actually explored..." says Emma Gregg, author of Rough Guides' new Directions Lanzarote and Fuerteventura guide. She's right.
Rhiannon Batten, The Observer, UK
Great guide, worth every penny
As you'd expect from Rough Guides, this book is very thorough, and full of brilliant advice. Five stars.
Reader review from Jane and Geoff, London, UK, www.amazon.co.uk
